We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in sales and/or real estate purchasing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing properties, negotiating contracts, and ensuring acquisition of assets that align with investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential real estate purchases
• Conduct market analysis and due diligence
• Negotiate purchase agreements and terms
• Collaborate with our team to align purchasing strategies with business goals
• Follow up with leads and manage relationships through our CRM system

Compensation:

This position is commission-based with OTE of 70,000-120,000.
