Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Utilize HubSpot to create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead conversion.
  • Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles to ensure consistent and engaging content.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and industry trends to ensure ACI remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 5 years of experience as a Marketing Strategist, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
  • Expertise in using HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience as a marketing strategist for high-ticket close businesses, such as selling high-ticket coaching classes or mentorship programs, is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
