Overview

Since 2018, we have been investing in Real Estate throughout the United States. Our portfolio consists of both single family and multi-family homes. As we continue to expand and thrive in the real estate market, we are now looking for a talented Acquisition Agent to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. As an Acquisition Agent, you will play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities, including single-family and multi-family properties.
• Conduct market research to assess property values, rental potential, and investment viability.
• Negotiate favorable acquisition terms with property owners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and due diligence activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth transaction processes.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of acquisitions and financial transactions.
• Communicate effectively with investors and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets and investment analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred).

Location: We are based on the different state in the United States like San Francisco Bay area, Tennessee and more so probably this is a remote position, welcoming candidates from across the United States to join our team. We will likely be getting together quarterly for team-building and business planning.
