For over 10 years, our company has been actively investing in real estate across the United States, building a diverse portfolio that includes both single-family and multi-family homes. As we continue to grow and succeed in the dynamic real estate market, we are seeking a skilled Remote Acquisition Agent to work overnight. The working hours for this role are from 8 pm to 8 am.

Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to incoming leads from property owners looking to sell their properties.
• Conducting property research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Contacting property owners and negotiating favorable acquisition terms.
• Managing the acquisition process from initial contact to closing, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including legal and finance, to facilitate acquisitions.
• Utilizing industry tools and databases to gather market data and insights.
• Maintaining accurate records of all acquisition activities and documentation.
• Providing regular updates and reports on acquisition progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate acquisition, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with property owners.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with real estate databases and market analysis tools is advantageous.
• Comfortable working overnights (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM EST) on a remote basis. Sunday through Thursday nights (into Friday)
• Must have prior experience working a similar schedule.
