Investor Creator is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison between Company and Accountant: Act as a key point of contact and facilitate communication between the company and the accountant. Ensure timely and accurate exchange of financial information.
  • Profit and Loss (P&L): Maintain and analyze Profit and Loss statements. Provide insights into financial performance and trends.
  • Budgets: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets. Work collaboratively to ensure financial goals align with company objectives.
  • Payment Handling: Take payments over the phone from clients and customers. Manage payment transactions efficiently.
  • Stripe Payment Management: Administer and oversee payments using the Stripe payment platform. Ensure accuracy and completeness in payment processing.
  • Dispute Handling: Manage and resolve payment disputes promptly and professionally. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial administration.
  • Familiarity with Profit and Loss statements, budgeting processes, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to handle payments over the phone and manage transactions through online platforms like Stripe.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively between the company and external accountants.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping.
